I love the size of this tablet and how well videos look on it. The speakers are very good and apps are easy to run. The stylus pen is easy to use and it has very good battery life. Very clear display also.
What can you expect for a tablet at a price of $200? Well, apparently a lot!
The UMIDIG A15 Tab is a pretty decent 11-inch tablet, with a surprisingly nice resolution. The T616 processor, together with the 8GB of RAM, deliver a good performance and can handle multitasking with ease. This is not marketed as a gaming tablet, because it is not, and yet it performs remarkably well with medium-to-high demand games.
The tablet is well built and is capable of handling almost any task you throw at it. It is sturdy, it feels right in your hands, and does not give the impression that they improvised neither with the design, nor with the functionalities.
The internal memory is more than enough to store whatever your needs require, and it can be expanded if you are a digital hoarder (like me). The dual SIM feature is a big plus, and the cameras are decent for the average user. Battery life? Pretty good overall, with very low consumption when not in use, and normal battery life when in full use.
The tablet comes with Android 13, which is expected. I trust that UMIDIGI will ensure that the tablet gets all the updates as they become available.
I have one small criticism… the Hall sensor… For the life of me that I cannot understand why they would design a tablet where the end side of the cover cannot be extended, otherwise the tablet will lock. I’ve gotten used to it, but I can see how some people would not be as understanding as I am.
Overall, a pretty decent tablet for a very decent price.
Amazing Android tablet for the price. Gorgeous screen, ample memory, decent speed and 4G mobile ready. A great investment for a student. Great cover provided in the deal.
Batería aceptable para lectura y redes todo el día Pantalla de excelente calidad Memoria dentro de lo esperado Sonido sin nada que desear a otras marcas La mejor relación calidad y precio. Recomendado 100%

Recently, I purchased the NEW-to-Amazon.ca Umidigi A15 Tab. It's a full-featured 11" tablet that can achieve any task you can throw at it, including some very high-demand Single and Multi-player games and 1080P viewing on your favourite streaming services. It's in the mid-range for tablet prices. Normally, I normally shy away from spending top-dollar on a tablet because my history tells me it won't last as I have a habit of dropping and breaking them. But with all these features, I decided I'd buy up and hopefully find a rugged case to go with it. I'm still looking, hint, hint Amazon.ca. On day one with my new tablet, I just couldn't get over the video-quality of the screen and the powerful and balanced sound that the A15 Tab provides. I think I spent the first hour just looking on YOUTUBE for 4K videos to watch to really appreciate how excellent the audio-visual qualities were. The screen itself is about 9.5 (W) X 5.5 (H) and measures just under 11" for diagonal viewing area and features a 2,000 X 1,200 pixel or what UMIDIGI is calling 2K. I'd just call it AWESOME! The sound system boasts 4 speakers, two on each side, and dual mics on the top and bottom guaranteeing you can hear and be heard from any angle, and the front 13MP and back 8MP cameras ensure you can be seen and capture moments from both sides as well. It comes with a Unisoc Tiger T616 QUADCORE processor installed which has two-2.0Ghz and eight-1.8Ghz cores. It comes standard with 8 GB of RAM, which can be expanded to 16GB using the MEMORY EXPANDER feature in the installed operating system, ANDROID 13. This creates a designated part of the Internal Memory which is used in parallel with the 8 GB LPDDR4X RAM to create a smoother experience in even the most memory-intensive apps. You do need to have the extra ROM memory space to make this happen, but with 256 GB of available memory, it will be a long time before you'll have to worry about this on your A15 Tab. However, if you store a lot of video, pictures or games and you do, you can expand your internal memory by installing up-to a 1TB Micro USB card. Android Games are HUGE these days, routinely 1-2 GB each, but should always be run on the tablet's internal ROM memory. Don't worry 256GB will hold a lot of games. You will likely notice that the Megapixel ratings on these cameras are not what you'd find in many high-end or even lower-end cellphones. So, I will warn that this is not the device you want to take photos or video at an important event or outing. However, if it's the only device you are carrying, you can take reasonable pictures in decent or better lighting and not miss that special moment. As for over-the-Internet communications like Zoom or MS Teams, I'd say you wouldn't need anything better. The installed battery has a capacity of 7500 mAh and can be charged using the 20W Wall Charger and USB-C cable that comes in the box. This battery has allowed me to use this tablet for 3-4 days per charge under normal use. The day I watched 4k videos and streaming and the day I tested a few games (NBA2K4, League of Legends: Wild Rift, Need for Speed NO LIMITS, AC Rebellion and Asphalt 9 – all ran smoothly and, in most cases, flawlessly), I had to charge it that night. Watching video streaming services and playing games are especially battery intensive so expect to charge it more often if these are your daily activities. But rest assured, you have the processing, RAM, video and battery power to do these high-demand activities for 4 to 5 hours per charge. NOTE: Don't forget to take breaks, its very important on any device, but especially on a small-screen device like a tablet or phone. This tablet also comes with two sim card slots in a metal insert tray. The second slot doubles as your SD card slot should you require one. The speed of Internet surfing on 4G data and the quality of phone calls are excellent with this device. Calls using speakerphone are clearer than with my regular mobile phone. As with ALL UMIDIGI Tablets and Cell Phones, the A15 Tab is compatible with all North American Cell Networks. Myself, I'm connected through Public Mobile which is owned by Telus and operates on the Bell/Telus Network, so you can feel secure that it will work for Bell, Virgin, Chatr, Telus, Koodo and PM, but I haven't heard any issues connecting with any provider in Canada with an UMIDIGI device as long as you can enter the proper APN settings, if required. No APN setting adjustments were required for this device on PM. I only have one real issue with this tablet, and it could be an OS issue, but it is very annoying. The A15 comes with a FREE Folding case that fits perfectly and can double as a stand when you open it and fold the back into a triangle. When engaging the stand, it sits at a perfect angle for research and referring to websites while writing or creating on your laptop or other device. However, when you fold the case over the back of the tablet, the screen goes dark and locks. I searched far and wide on the Internet and found several references to this on the UMIDIGI A15 Tab and many other tablets. Most learned pros said it had to do with the covering of a PROXIMITY sensor between the cameras, but no one really provided an ideal solution. To me, it should be an operating system option, but even after searching the web and the Android 13" settings, including Developer Options, I was not able to stop it from happening. When I get my NEW rugged case, I'll make sure it has an open port for the cameras, which most of them do in my experience – Issues resolved.

Needed a new tablet and decided on the Umidigi A15. I've been a fan of Umidigi products for years and check out their lineup whenever I need a new electronic device. I didn't need a top of the line tablet as I don't use it for gaming, have a console for that. I do alot of research and require a device that is portable, with a good size clear display, that can handle dozens of open tabs and good battery life. The ability to add a SIM card is a plus for true mobility. The A15 works perfectly for my needs. I was pleased the it came with a protective case. I was disappointed that there is no headphone jack and the FM radio app that comes pre installed requires headphones to act as the antenna. I appreciate the stock android with only 3 extra apps added and I only uninstalled one of them.
To sum everything up, a good tablet for the money, nice display, good battery life and good performance for the price point.

This is my second Umidigi tablet. I have the G5 Tab, and was pleasantly surprised with it, so I figured I should try the upgraded "gaming" A15. I've been using it for about 8 days, here are my thoughts... In the box is the usual Umidigi accessories. They included the charging cable, brick, SIM tray pin, and stylus. The tablet comes with a pre-installed screen protector as well as a folio case. Popped in and SIM and data worked right from the start. No configuring, which makes me happy. I'm with Virgin Mobile, can confirm it works on Bell/Virgin. First thing I noticed was the vibrant and better resolution screen. The whites just pop. I feel almost as if the whites are too white, and the rest of the colours, while good, seem a bit darker. Doesn't affect my use yet, as I haven't taken this tablet into the sunlight yet. In the display settings there is a colour wheel as well as presets, I just haven't got around to messing with it yet. The tablet is nice and quick. Real snappy. The 8GB of ram is noticeable when opening and flipping between apps. I haven't had a slowdown yet in that regard. I installed 5 games. Call of duty mobile, pubg, Xbox game pass, and a couple sports games. Call of duty was ok, found when loading into levels it almost seemed to studder a bit till it got going in the match, then smoothed out. Pubg was great. Played a few rounds, no crashing, hitches, issues. Xbox game pass worked well, I have decent Internet so it wasnt too bad in lag terms. I blutoothed a controller, played Lego Fortnite for much longer than I anticipated for the test. I almost forgot I was on a tablet and not my Xbox. Movies and videos are great. I use this a lot for watching Plex and my IPTV. The sound is what really catches my attention. The stereo speakers are loud and sound great. I don't know why all tablets aren't like this! I will buy these tablets just on the speakers alone. If I were to make one request, it would be a case selection. I really like this tablet a lot and would love to use it at work. I'm a mechanic so having a rugged style case would be ideal. I'm hoping some variations come out soon.
With all that said, I do recommend this tablet at this price point. I don't see where you will find anything as good for the value and performance of this unit.

Before buying it, I read all the comments, and they all talked about how happy they were with the table and I had no doubt. The one I received looked pretty, but it had a defect, the battery. It didn't last at all and took too long to charge.
