Was really excited to buy this item as the price was fantastic for what I was getting. However, for some reason the back button to tap keep on sticking and the volume will turn up and down by itself without any prompting from the user. This has become rather annoying and so for that I can't give it a 4 or 5 stars. Note that this could have become defective through shipping I'm not sure at all
