I love this tablet. Came with 128 gb memory plus you can add a memory card to extend the memory which I did. Taking pics on the tablet is ok. The pics come out clear. It works great for surfing the web or whatever you want to do. It came with a cover and keyboard. The cover is not the greatest as it hides some of the ports you need so I had an extra cover and I'm using that. Other then that I recommend this tablet

Updated: Customer service is great : replies in time with the effort to help. Company is sending a new tablet.
(P.S. Tried to use Bluetooth during Zoom meeting- no sound. )
I cannot give 5 stars, since I have never had any problems with my other devices: phone, tablets, pc, that I bought from other sellers in the past.
Could be just bad luck:)

UPDATED: after just a few days , tablet is not working properly: No Sound at all!
Tried to restart, then Turned Off/ On - nothing helped!, still No sound , while Bluetooth device shows Connected and On(?!) 🙁
Very disappointed!

I love this tablet . I have been using it just for a couple of weeks - so far, works good! I like that you do not have to charge battery for at least 8 hrs!
Quality of the screen is great.
I like that it takes just a second to connect to WiFi and Bluetooth ( if they were OFF) - my old tablet (2019-2020) would takes 10-20 minutes before it would connect and start working properly!

This seems like a very nice tablet. Took a little while to figure out how to set up the keyboard as the instructions are TERRIBLE. They describe the icons but not how to use them. Gives VERY BASIC setup info & then leaves you dangling. This is VERY TYPICAL CHINESE instructions that tell you, "what it can do",, but NOT HOW TO DO IT!!! I guess they figure that if you bought it, you would know how to use it. Granted, the basic formats are the same, but it would be REALLY NICE, if they would include, ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS !! I'm waiting for info on how to set up the mouse. It paired with my Iphone & keyboard but there is no option to pair with mouse. All in all, it's a nice tablet for the price, just LOUSY instructions. Have since received info from seller & now mouse is connected. 10* EXCELLENT customer support with fast answer. HIGHLY recommend. KUDOS

Connection to a known network was denied six times before it finally connected. Setup of this device requires a google account and agreement to google's TOS. I can't review the features of the item because I was blocked by these requirements. This was not mentioned in the description, and a search of the questions regarding these requirements returned null. I can't believe there are so many people out there who just click through every agreement without even thinking about it. Sending it back.
Plusses: Came with a screen protector, mouse, and stylus , which I was not expecting (the usual chargers and usb-c cords as well). The portfolio cover is like a phone phone case and appears like it might provide edge drop protection from a 3-4 foot drop.
Minuses: Google. Don't get me wrong, I do use google, but I'm not agreeing to a TOS to use my own hardware. That is the sole reason I am returning this item. Otherwise, I could live with the following shortcomings:
Portfolio cover will not contain the keyboard with pad.
Keyboard and mouse are very lightweight and the finish is sharp edged.
Connection to known network took several 3 minute tries before connecting, even though the network status said "connected."

At first glance this looks to be a nice, compact tablet with a decent amount of storage. I had difficult time maneuvering the camera and took a bit to learn how to operate as I have been an IOS owner for years, but got the hang of it after some use. The keyboard is Bluetooth, flat in nature does not connect to the tablet and does not have backlight for the keys which would be a nice feature. The mouse that is provided is laughable. It is the cheapest mouse I have ever owned . Since the tablet is touchscreen I try to avoid using the mouse. One truly pleasant surprise is the battery life of the tablet. It seems to last awhile, unlike all my other tablets. I would rate this tablet a 3 star item is mediocre and the operating system is not up to date as it claims and there is no way to update to the current and has a few drawbacks on the accessories.
