The media could not be loaded.

This is a very good windows 11 laptop that I got for my son for school and he also use it for playing games and watching YouTube and he said the performance is good, and he can navigate the web and watch the videos fast without having to wait a long time for loading.
Good screen, video and sound quality.
The laptop is lightweight and easy to carry it, good battery life, he can use it for a long time before connecting the charger, the best part is the price, I didn’t even had to break the bank for a new laptop for my son, so we are very happy with this purchase!

This laptop is faulty. It runs really hot, it dont power on at times,the touchpad does not work. It has windows 10 not11the key functions does not work correctly and I doesnt hold a charge. I am so disappointed.

This was suppose to be for .y sons schooling. I just received it and it wouldn’t boot on. It over heats,the touchpad does not work the key functions dont work at times. It moves really slow, it has windows 10 when it said it had windows 11. Theres just nothing I can do with this laptop. It wont even allow me to reset it or do anything.

Likes: Easy to set up. Very clear screen picture. Definitely is Windows 11. I set it up with a wireless mouse which works very well with it. I knew this laptop has pretty limited storage, but I purchased it mainly to have a back up for my Emails which I primarily use my iphone for. I also thought for the price it would be great for streaming Amazon Prime videos, and streaming doesn’t use any memory. I also ordered a usb speaker from Amazon bc laptops ( just like televisions) are so thin these days that the sound needs to be enhanced.
This computer does NOt have a slot for an SSD card, so if u wish to expand storage you need to look into other options such as thumb drives or external hard drives to free up some space & store it safely. It’s a very good deal to use it as a secondary device. It comes with a kind of short 2 prong AC adapter so you might want to consider adding light to moderate duty extension cord. It’s not a computer I’d use for serious office work, or for storing thousands of photos.
