This is the worse tablet ever for a child. It wants way too much personal information for a three year old child to just pick up and start learning from. No software whatsoever is loaded - you must enter all kinds of personal information and then download each item one at a time. The video show a mother with a child and all the free educational tools and games are all loaded on the one the video.

Buy this for my granddaughter, who’s in a different country, it was used for 3 months and then it stop working and the battery sign was red . Wouldn’t turn on and so when it was taken to get it look, the tech say it’s the charger, try a new charger it still didn’t work. Now I have to get a new one , I can’t return it.

It was very surprised to receive this children's tablet. It looks great, has good quality, the picture quality is very clear, and the battery can last about 5 hours of play time. The memory is large enough for me to download a lot of e-books and videos for my child. He likes to watch YouTube videos on the children's tablet and can't put it down. Highly recommended.
