I have only had this laptop for about a week but so far so good. Never heard of Coolby but my computer guy said they are all pretty much made by the same folks in China. Main thing is the guts. I beef up all the ram, hard drive and storage. Everything was pre loaded and it was a breeze to set up. All my file transferred over and I was up and running! Again, for the money, this is an awesome machine!

I love this computer, it is lightweight the speed is fast even with several windows open. I only have a 15" screen but I have had a 17" screen and I can't tell the difference between doing everyday tasks and surfing the web.

Computer works and looks good. The better life is horrible tho. 1 hour battery life with low screen brightness, even on battery saver mode you only get an hour and a half. Can watch the battery going down just sitting there not using it, pretty sucky

They are a new laptop company that offers extreme value for the price. The computer is absolutely silent and does not get hot like my last laptop after hours of work. The screen is crystal clear, and it's lightning fast. I work mostly on word, excel, photoshop and outlook, and I'm able to open and close files in less than a second. I also like how quite and comfortable the keyboard is. If you are like me and only use a few programs and stream on the computer look no further than this computer. I'm sure that you'll be please with what you are buying.

We bought 2 of these in August in the hopes that they would last a couple of years, but they didn't make it to December before starting to fail. We get Bluescreens pretty regularly now and the cursor selects the whole page randomly. We have had some heart stopping moments with that.
I reset one of them and that helped for a couple of weeks. Sometimes the screens go blurry. generally buggy. If we have to toss them out, I will update.
