I was very disappointed in the tablets, my girls were very excited about the tablets. I ordered 2 for my girls for Christmas. Both tablets are very slow to download apps, and several apps would not connect at all, so my girls could not play their games. I reset and removed the apps and that did not help. It's not our internet connection, so I'm not sure why? I'll keep trying but will be returning both tablets if I cannot get them to download apps.
