Çustomer support sent a message offering support almost immediately. Tablet is not hard to set up. I was able to sync information from my cell phone. So far I totally enjoy it. This is my first tablet and my first day to use it. I'm impressed with the 1year warranty/replacement. I was hoping to resume my current game score on my favorite app from my cell. The app loaded fine on the tablet but I have to start the game all over again on both cell and tablet. Can't have everything I guess. 1 year warranty !

Very nice tablet. It's quick and working well. Only problem is the user manual which was very small (3.25" x 4.75") didn't match the operating system and was pretty vague.

Light weight. Very easy to use. Surprised with the thought paid to Product packaging..Came with lot of extras. It was seasy to set up. It also came with a key board and a wireless mouse. In my opinion it was not necessary. Instead a sturdier case would have been fine. Any way. I am happy with what I got. I will recommend this tablet without hesitation.

The price on this was fair but if I had it to do over I would get the Samsung tablet I was looking for in the first place. This tablet doesn't seem to hold a charge long. Some of the reels on Facebook are scrambled or take forever to load. It may be something in the settings but some of the reels play fine. The keyboard and other accessories that came with it seem okay but not anything I really ñeeded.

Update: After owning this for awhile I wish I had returned it.
