I cannot express how disappointed I am with this tablet. The 10.1 inch screen is terrifice, however that is the only good thing I can say. The opperating system is poor and the wifi hook up is null & void. I run numerous other items off the same wifi with every one connecting immediately. This cannot not upload an app properly. I hope no one else wastes the money on this item.

Purchased this tablet for my wife and it nice and got it up and running but it states in it’s own listing that they give you and extra year warranty if you redeem a certain code once you have the tablet and also state that they also will give you lifetime tech support which is very nice, Trouble is that they are a Chinese company and there is NO Tech Support Number or address so you can’t contact them for anything, I contacted Amazon and reported this to them and they also stated that they also couldn’t find any contact information for this company either so beware of this before you purchase this tablet and also there was no warranty card included in the box when I received it.
